A few words about us

Commercial Mortgages Broker was formed in 2010, and our team have significant experience of funding in excess of £1.5bn of finance transactions.

Our office is based in St Albans, Hertfordshire and we cover across the UK for our clients, including Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Greater London.

We work closely with a wide range of different lenders, with a particular focus on boutiques and non-PRA regulated lenders, along with challenger banks and investment banks meaning that we have a very diverse funding range.

In 2018 we have a particular focus on portfolio refinancing for property investors who are seeking to refinance their property portfolio, but have come across objections from their existing funding partners, due to recently introduced PRA regulations which place increasingly onerous terms against buy-to-let landlords.
